In our ongoing quest to improve our performances, we have to ask certain concessions of our clients.

• We promise to do our best to be at the appointed placed at the appointed time, so if we're more than 15 minutes late, due to our error, the ride (up to $40) is free.
• We make every effort to accommodate our "regulars", but please make arrangements a day or two ahead of time so that we might better serve you.
• We ask you to cancel an appointment 2 hours in advance so that the scheduled driver might be reassigned. If that's not possible, then we will have to charge the customer a "No-Show" fee equal to the total of the transfer.
• Transfers scheduled before 6am or on National Holidays will cost an additional $15 above the base rate.
